The kitchen was beautiful before, but had glazed finished cabinets which gave them a more vintage vibe. What the glaze does is it enhances the architectural details, like corners and molding with subtle shading!  A popular kitchen trend right now is painting your island a different color then your cabinets!  Grey◽️ amongst other colors is often the color of choice. Look at how beautiful this island turned out ! No doubt that the white also looks great, but the grey added dimension, and gave the kitchen a form of contrast !
